audrey

Sadly, we lost Audrey in March 2019.

Miss Audrey Hopburn, as she was known to her many fans, had a long and distinguished life for a Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit from Titusville, Florida. She was bred by Styles Rabbits, and picked out of a bunny lineup of >100 choices — she was the very cutest. When we first saw Audrey, she was still in the cage with her mother.
Audrey enjoyed curly parsley, carrots, and listening to the Bob Markey reggae song “Stir it up”. She hated birds, and usually intimidated dogs despite a top fighting weight of 2 lbs with cotton tail.

Audrey has sailed the seas, gotten an MBA, moved to Merritt Island, and then to Anthony where she had her own bunny condo. She has stayed at the finest establishments including Disney World and Callaway Gardens, taken bites out of pet sitting establishments all over Florida, and been a discrete guest at restaurants across the southeast. Her annual Halloween costume became ritual with notable years including bumpkin (bunny pumpkin), Bunny Pope, Superman, and Bunny Santa to name a few.
Thank you to Audrey for being a wonderful companion to me.
